After review of that information, please make notation of any items you believe to be covered under that warranty that may not be working properly.

A mutual agreement must exist between the homeowners(s) and Brookwood Home Builders that the warranty program covers all the items listed below.

Your home must be available during normal business hours, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
